With a dynamic 45 minute class, our enthusiastic trainers will lead you on a ride through hill climbs, sprint races and time trails. Our radically intense Spin class will have you burn up to 600 calories during each workout. Although we like to push it to the limit, riders of all skill level are encouraged to participate, as beginner and intermediate riders can take things at their own pace and bike side-by-side our advanced members.
